Miconet srl mission is to introduce in the market new functional foods and new generation nutraceutical products, with mushrooms distinguished by specific medicinal properties, widely recognized from both traditional Chinese medicine and recent scientific research.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Miconet S.r.l. can provide:
- edible seasonings made by Lentinula edodes (Shiitake, organic), Hericium erinaceus, Grifola frondosa (Maitake);
- high quality food made by Lentinula edodes: Shiitakelle® (tagliatelle with a low glycemic index) and a compound for rice, besides dried mushrooms;
- dietary supplement, both for daily and sporty lifestyle, mainly based on Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) as immunostimulant and anti-aging.
It can also carry out physiological tests and individual consulting on how to improve nutrition for people’s health and sportsmen performance.
The researchers offer also their know-how by consulting to support other companies developing mushroom cultivation.
